These terms govern your use of collegeonn.com (“CollegeOnn”), a platform owned and operated by Druze Analytics OPC Pvt. Ltd., registered office 9, 18th Cross Rd, EWS Colony, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076.

1. Acceptance

By using this site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What we provide

CollegeOnn is an information and discovery platform. We publish college profiles, course and fee information, entrance exam details, past cutoff data and placement figures, and we provide tools to compare colleges and estimate outcomes. We also offer counselling guidance on request.

We are not an educational institution, not an admission authority, and not an agent of any college unless explicitly stated on the page you are reading.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You may browse the site without an account. Some features require signing in with your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure, and for everything done through your account.

If you are under 18, please use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Accuracy of information

College, course, fee, cutoff and placement information is collected from publicly available sources and from institutions themselves. We take care in collecting and updating it, but we do not independently audit or verify every data point, and information changes without notice.

Before you act on anything you read here — paying a fee, filling a form, accepting a seat — confirm it with the institution or the official counselling authority. Where our information and an official source disagree, the official source is correct.

5. Predictors and estimates

Our college and rank predictors work from past years' cutoff data and simple statistical comparison. They are estimates, nothing more. Actual results depend on the number of applicants, paper difficulty, seat matrix, reservation policy, counselling rounds and other factors that no tool can know in advance.

A prediction on this site is not an offer, an assurance, or any indication that you will be admitted anywhere.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee admission to any college, any particular rank, any scholarship, any placement, or any salary. Nobody can. Any counselling we provide is guidance based on the information you give us, and the decision — and its consequences — remain yours.

7. Your conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or republish our content or data in bulk without written permission.
• Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send enquiries on behalf of someone who did not ask you to.
• Post reviews that are paid for, fabricated, defamatory, obscene or that reveal someone else's personal information.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms, without notice.

8. Reviews and user content

Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ours. We moderate before publishing, but moderation is not endorsement. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the site, and you confirm it is your own and is truthful.

9. Intellectual property

The CollegeOnn name, logo, design, text and compiled data are owned by Druze Analytics OPC Pvt. Ltd. and protected by law. College names, logos and exam names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

10. External links

We link to college websites, counselling portals and other third party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

11. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Druze Analytics OPC Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on information or estimates found here, including admission outcomes, fees paid, or opportunities missed.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Grievances

Complaints about content, a review, or anything else on this site can be sent to our Grievance Officer at contact@collegeonn.com, or by post to Druze Analytics OPC Pvt. Ltd., 9, 18th Cross Rd, EWS Colony, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
